Return, Cancellation, and Order Problem Policy
ChoicePaper.com accepts returns except as noted below. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery of any problems with your order or if you wish to make a return. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of an RGA number (see below) with freight prepaid by UPS, Federal Express, or USPS. There is a Restocking Fee of 20% for all returns unless you received incorrect items or items that were damaged in transmit (see Shipping Policy). Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. ELECTRONICS/SOFTWARE: Defective electronic, computer, and software can be returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY for the same product. The defective product must be in original carton with all original packing materials and must include all manuals, accessories, and cables. Claimed defective electronic, computer, and software are tested on return. If the item proves to be non-defective, you will be responsible for freight charges and a $15 test fee. You should contact the manufacturer technical support before claiming a device is defective. After the return period, the manufacturers warranty provides coverage. Refer to the product documentation for details.

All returns require an RGA number. You can obtain an RGA number by sending an email to em that contains the following information: order number, name, telephone, and model number of item to be returned. The RGA request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect or without an RGA number will be refused. If you request, we can email you a return label at your expense. The label includes the RGA number and the return address. Simply print and tape securely to the outside box.

Items damaged in transit are replaced at our expense, if reported within the above time frame. ChoicePaper.com or the freight company may request the return and/or examination of the damaged item(s). Damaged items sold by full cases (e.g. glassware) are refunded pro-rata since we can only ship full cases. By requesting a replacement, you agree to return and/or allow examination of any damaged or incorrect items as requested. By failing to do so, you agree to be charged for all items received.

Write the RGA number on the return label. Do NOT write the RGA number on the box. Follow the instructions included with the RGA number. The instructions include the return address.

The following items are not returnable due to health and sanitary reasons: gloves, hair nets, apparel, body covers, cups, straws, toothpicks, plates, cutlery, eating utensils, sanitary napkins, or any product that may entail body contact.

Special order, non-stock, clearance, special-buy, custom, and one-of-a-kind products are non-returnable. Non-stock products includes any item that is out-of-stock at the time the order is placed.

When a return is made, your order total is recalculated. If the order received Free Shipping and the updated total does not qualify for Free Shipping, your order will be adjusted to include shipping. If the order received discounted shipping and the updated total does not qualify for discounted shipping, your order will be adjusted to exclude the shipping discounts. Any returns without an RGA will be charged a 20% Unauthorized Return Fee in addition to the Restocking Fee. Write the RGA number on the return label. Do NOT write the RGA number on the box. Follow the instructions included with the RGA number. We can not guarantee that items returned without a legible and correct RGA number can be properly associated with your order.

Order cancellation before any item in your order has shipped incurs a 5% Reshelving Fee.
