Products marked as In Stock are available in quanities to satisfy normal demand.

Products marked as HOT Item are in short supply due to higher than expected demand. Products are allocated when an order is placed -- not when the item goes in the shopping cart.

Products marked as Special Order require special ordering, handling, and/or shipping. Typical lead time is 1 to 6 weeks depending on the item and manufacturer. Products that require custom artwork or printing may take longer. Some special order items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Items that ship directly from the manufacturer usually ship within 1 week, but some manufacturers may have a longer lead time.
Special Orders must be pre-paid and can not be cancelled or returned with the following exception: orders for consumer electronics and related products (as indicated by a fuchsia-colored square in the shopping cart) that are not shipped directly from the manufacturer may be canceled at any time before your order has shipped, but are non-returnable after they have shipped.

Products marked as Out of Stock are unavailable for immediate delivery. Typically, delivery will be within three weeks. If you place an order for an Out of Stock item, a message will be sent to you with the expected date of availablity. You may cancel the order for the Out of Stock product within 4 business days of the message unless the product has already shipped. After that time, we may submit your order to the manufacturer as a Special Order. See Special Order for additional information.

Products marked as Not Available are no longer available. They are kept on the web site for a short time as a reference for our customers.

Products marked as Almost Gone are in short supply and no future availablity is expected. This happens when the product is no longer available from the manufacturer -- only warehouse stock remains.

Products marked as Future Item are new products that will be available in 10 to 30+ days. If you place an order for a Future Item, a message will be sent to you with the expected date of availablity. You may cancel the order for the Future Item product within 7 days of the message unless the product has already shipped.
