Customer Service - Order


 Quick Re-Order 

You must sign in to re-order. Then follow these steps.
  1. The Quick Re-Order Box is located in the right column. Click on the arrow next to each item you want to re-order. Each time you click on the arrow, one of that item is added to your shopping cart. A summary of the shopping cart is right above the Re-Order box. The last re-order item you added is shown highlighted.
  2. Optionally, you can view detailed information for the products you can re-order by clicking on "Click Here for Details". This will take you to another page where you may also re-order.
  3. Click on "Check Out" or continue shopping for additional products.

 Print Invoice 

You can print a copy of an invoice from My Account after you sign in.
  1. Select the order the you wish to print.
  2. Click on "View Invoice".
  3. Type <CTRL>p (Press and hold Ctrl key, then type p)

 Order History 

You can view your previous orders from My Account after you sign in.
  • The last 3 orders are summarized on the first page of My Account. Click on any of them to see the details.
  • Click on "Show all orders" to view all your previous orders.

 Order Status 

You can check the status of your order from My Account after you sign in.
  1. The last 3 orders are summarized on the first page of My Account. The summary shows the order status.
  2. Click on "Show all orders" to view the status of all your previous orders.

 Order Tracking 

You can track your order from My Account after you sign in. Simply click on the "Track order" button.

 Order Problem 

We apologize for any problem you may have with your order. Please follow these steps so we may help resolve it. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery of any problems with your order.
  1. Click on the link below
  2. Enter the order number and your email.
  3. Select the type type of problem from the list. If your situation is not listed, please select other.
  4. Follow the instructions and then click on "Submit".

 Order Cancellation 

Please make sure that the items you have ordered are what you need. This helps us eliminate expenses so we can offer you the best pricing. Since our system is automated, it is usually not possible to cancel an order once it is submitted. The order is sent electronically to warehouses that have the items in stock. This means that your order may be split between locations and that preparation for shipment may start shortly after your order is submitted.

If you call us soon after an order is entered (within 20 minutes) we will try to accomodate your instructions, but we can not make any guarantee, especially if your order has already been staged, prepared for shipment, or loaded on a truck. There is a 5% handling fee imposed on cancelled orders that have been staged or prepared for shipment to offset the cost of the additional manual labor required to accomodate your request. The handling fee will be credited to your next order over $100 if placed within 30 days. We are unable to cancel a shipment that has already been loaded on a truck. If your order has shipped and you still do not want it, you can refuse delivery. If the order has been delivered, please follow the return procedure described in the return policy. You are responsible for any freight charges incurred for delivery and return.

SPECIAL ORDERS can not be canceled. We do not stock these items and there is no space allocated in the warehouses for these items. SPECIAL ORDERS are ordered just for you and entails additional effort on our part and on the part of the manufacturer to process. Manufacturers do not permit cancelations. The item may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or it may be shipped to us on the next truckload from the manufacturer. SPECIAL ORDERS take from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive depending on many factors such as: (a) availability at the manufacturer, (b) when the order is placed, (c) size of your order, (d) storage or factory location, (e) size of the item, (f) delivery schedule for next shipment from the manufacturer, and (g) manufacturer minimum order size.

 Returns

 Back Order 

If you order an item that is out of stock, that item is put on back order and is shipped when it is available. You are notified if an item is back ordered and you have the option to remove that item from your order, if it has not been shipped.

From "My Account", you can check which items, if any, are on back order. Click on the order of interest.
